End-User Licence Agreement

The licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run NoxuTFT for your own use, for as long as your plan is active. You do not own the software; we and our licensors keep all rights in it.

What you may do

• Install it on the computers you personally use.
• Use every feature your plan unlocks, for your own games.
• Uninstall it whenever you like — Settings → Apps removes everything.

What you may not do

• Copy, publish or redistribute the application or its installer.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law gives you that right despite this clause.
• Rent, resell, sublicense or share your licence with anyone else.
• Remove or obscure any notice of ownership inside the software.
• Use it to build a competing product.

Updates

The application checks for a new version when it starts and asks before updating; nothing installs silently. Updates are covered by this same licence. We may change or remove features, particularly when a game patch or a third party forces our hand.

Automation features

NoxuTFT includes optional features that send clicks to the game window. They are disabled by default. Riot Games' rules neither expressly permit nor expressly forbid this, and enabling them is your decision. We give no warranty that using them is permitted by Riot, and we are not liable for action taken against your game account. See the automation documentation for the full picture before turning anything on.

No warranty

The software is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the data it shows is accurate for every patch.

When this licence ends

It ends if your plan lapses, if you break these terms, or if you uninstall the software and ask us to close your account. When it ends you must stop using the application and remove it from your computers.
