Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us. Plain wording on purpose — if a clause here is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after.

What you are buying
A licence to use the NoxuTFT desktop application for as long as your plan is active — monthly while you keep paying, or permanently for a lifetime licence. You are not buying the software itself; see the licence agreement for what you may do with it.
Your account
Your credentials are yours alone. Sharing them, reselling access or running the licence for other people ends it without a refund. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your login.
Billing
Prices are shown in euros and include any tax we are required to charge. A monthly plan renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period already paid for. A lifetime licence is charged once and never renews.
Payment can be made by cryptocurrency or with PayPal. Gift-card codes bought before October 2026 are still accepted. Crypto payments are confirmed on-chain: send the exact amount shown, because the final cents are what identify your transfer. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the application.
- Share, resell or sublicense your access.
- Use the service to break Riot Games' own terms, or to harass other players.
- Attack, overload or probe our infrastructure.
Automation and your account
NoxuTFT does not read game memory. It does offer optional input automation, which Riot's rules neither expressly permit nor expressly forbid. Those features ship switched off, and turning them on is your decision and your risk. We cannot guarantee that Riot will not act against an account, and we do not refund account penalties.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be unavailable. Game data depends on the current patch and on third parties, and can lag behind a release.
Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using NoxuTFT at any time and cancel a monthly plan whenever you like. We may end your licence if you break these terms, and for a serious breach we may do so without a refund.
