What Set 18 is
Enchanted Wilds is Teamfight Tactics' Set 18, and like every set it replaced the whole roster: 65 new champions, 37 new traits and a new mechanic, on top of the same economy, levelling and item system that never changes. If you have played TFT before, the rules you know still apply — what you have to relearn is which units are strong, which traits are worth chasing and what the mechanic wants from you.
The set mechanic is Wisps. At fixed points in the game you are offered Wisps to buy with gold, and they are the set's main way of turning a lead into a bigger one — or of gambling out of a losing board. There are 200 of them, and they are not interchangeable: a combat Wisp buys one fight, an economy Wisp compounds for the rest of the game, and the cheapest ones are cheap because they come with a real downside. The full Wisp chapter goes through all seven families and what each is actually worth.
The 37 traits
Trait breakpoints are where most of a board's power comes from, and Set 18 runs 20 origins, 4 classes and 13 unique traits that belong to a single champion. Hover any one for what it does; the numbers behind each — how often it is played and how it places — are on the trait page.

The 65 champions
Every unit in the set, by cost. The ring is the cost colour the game itself uses; hover for the traits and the ability. Champion stats has each one's average placement, best items and the board positions people actually win from.

What is actually strong right now
A set overview ages badly if it tells you what looked good on release day. These are the current numbers, from 27.2M ranked games and rebuilt every six hours — the best comps by average placement, and the units carrying them.
Set 18 patch by patch

When does Set 19 start?
Riot has not announced a date, and anything you read that gives you one to the day is guessing. What can be said from the record: Set 17 ran to patch 17.9, and across the patches we hold the gap between them is 14 days (median — Riot skips a week now and then, so the mean is longer).
If Set 18 runs to the same number of patches, its last one falls around 15 December 2026 and Set 19 would open roughly 29 December 2026. Treat that as arithmetic on the observed cadence, not as a date. Sets have been extended and shortened before, and Riot usually reveals the next set about a month out — when they do, it appears in the patch notes and this page picks it up on the next rebuild.
Where to go from here
Where these numbers come from. Placements, win rates and pick rates are aggregated from ranked Teamfight Tactics games — the same dataset the NoxuTFT desktop app reads, refreshed every six hours. Champion costs, traits, item recipes and trait breakpoints are game data from Riot. Tier letters are relative to this set: S is the top 10% by average placement, not an absolute threshold, and champions are ranked inside their cost bracket because a 5-cost's average only looks good for having been reached from a winning position.
