Refund Policy
When we refund, when we don't, and how to ask. No hoops — but the limits are stated plainly rather than hidden in a clause.

How to ask
Email support@noxutft.com from the address on the order, or open a ticket on Discord. Tell us what went wrong. There is no form to fill in.
When we refund
- It doesn't work on your machine and we can't fix it. Try troubleshooting first — most problems are exclusive fullscreen — but if it genuinely won't run, you get your money back.
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling. Always refunded, in full.
- You bought the wrong plan and tell us quickly. We'll refund or move you across, whichever you prefer.
When we can't
- Action taken against your Riot account. Automation features are off by default and the risk is documented before you enable them. We cannot refund a penalty from a game we don't control.
- You changed your mind well into a paid month and used the app throughout it. Cancel instead; access runs to the end of the period.
- Shared or resold access. That ends the licence under the terms, without a refund.
Crypto payments
A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us — there is no chargeback. Where a refund is due on a crypto order we send it back to an address you give us, in the same currency, minus the network fee. The amount is in crypto, so its value in euros may have moved since you paid. If that matters to you, pay by card.
Sent the wrong amount, or on the wrong network? Nothing is automatically lost, but nothing is automatic either. Write to us with the transaction reference and we will sort it out by hand.
Gift cards
A gift-card code is spent the moment it is accepted and cannot be returned to the shop that sold it. If the purchase itself qualifies for a refund under this policy we will refund you by another means.
Lifetime licences
Refundable on the same grounds as any other purchase. Being "lifetime" doesn't make it final if the product doesn't work for you.
How long it takes
We answer within two business days. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank; crypto refunds are sent as soon as we have an address from you.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this policy sits on top of the rights the law already gives you and does not replace them.
